Dr. Seyda Oztuna is a dedicated psychiatric nursing specialist and researcher currently affiliated with Balıkesir Atatürk City Hospital. She holds a doctorate in Psychiatric Nursing and has developed strong expertise in mental health, forensic nursing, and public health. Her research focuses on critical issues such as violence in healthcare, migration and mental health, substance use disorders, and trauma-related psychiatric evaluations.
