Dr. Shariq Bashir is an accomplished academic and researcher in data science, information retrieval, and machine learning, currently serving as an Associate Professor at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, Riyadh. With over two decades of teaching and research experience, he has contributed extensively to areas such as data mining, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence. He completed his PhD with distinction from Vienna University of Technology and pursued postdoctoral research at New York University Abu Dhabi, focusing on learning-to-rank approaches.
